Helpful to mention
- Title, subtitle, author name and any series name, exactly as they should appear
- Genre and three to five covers in that genre you like, with a line on why
- Formats: ebook, paperback, hardcover, audiobook, or all of them
- Trim size, page count and paper color for print, plus the printer or platform you will use
- Back cover copy, author bio, ISBN and price if they should be on the back
- Any photos or art you own the rights to and want used
